Richmond Christian School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Educational Assistant to join us in the 2025-26 school year.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment towards Christian Education and an ability to anticipate the needs of a diverse group of learners. The ideal candidate also demonstrates a foundational knowledge in working within the Positive Behaviour Support framework.  

        

About the Position  

The Educational Assistant (EA) will work to support students, under the direction of the classroom teacher, both class wide as well as in small groups or one-to-one.  The EA should have strong collaboration and communication skills in order to work best with classroom teachers and should show flexibility to best meet student needs. Specifically for this role, the EA will mainly support a students with emotional and social supports.

This role is an on-site position located at our Middle Campus located at 10200 Number 5 Road, Richmond.

This will be a part-time role (3 days/week). The posted compensation range reflects a full-time role and will be pro-rated for this part-time position.
